This allows you to see exactly how much your ski holiday will cost without any commitment, and you have the opportunity to forward this quote to a friend. Should you decide to book the holiday, simply continue with the booking process. If everything with the booking is correct, you will receive a Booking Confirmation by e-mail within a few days. Should further enquiry be necessary, we will contact you as soon as possible. The contract text (content of the online booking) will be saved. You can view the Booking Conditions (Terms and Conditions) here and save them to your computer. A copy of your booking will be sent to you by e-mail. In order to prevent misuse of the online booking process, we ask that you send the e-mail back to us without comment using “Reply“ and “Send“. Credit card payment is now possible. Please have the following information ready during the booking: Bank Card holder Credit card number Expiration date CVC-code CVC-codeCVC-code info So credit card payment is even safer we have included the verification of the credit card verification code into our system. This is a check digit which helps checking the validity of the entered credit card information.   For Visa and Mastercard the code is made up of the three last numbers in the signature field on the back of the credit card.  With American Express you can find the 4-digit/b> CVC-code on the front side of the credit card above the credit card number. After your booking, 20 % of the total price will be charged to your account. Four weeks before the start of your holiday, the balance will automatically be charged to this card. With this commission, you declare your consent that Ogone, the payment service profider with which we work, saves your financial data, so that Travel-Trex Reisen GmbH can process the balance payment without further requests.
