Apartments Franz-Josef is situated in a great location, directly in the centre of Stumm. The ski area of Kaltenbach is just approx. 800 m, and shopping opportunities are just a few steps away. The ski bus stops directly outside the accommodation. In the house you'll find a reception with lounge, ski room with ski stands and ski boot dryers as well as a lockable luggage room. Sauna and relaxation area are available for free use (except Saturday) from 4.30 pm - 7.30 pm. Free parking spaces are available.

The comfortable apartments are well-equipped and include bath or shower, separate wc, balcony/terrace, double room, a vestibule with wardrobe and internet access (for a fee). In the living/sleeping area there is a pull-out sofa for two people, dining table, satellite TV, as well as a fully-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, ceramic glass cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. In the 6-person apartment there is also an additional double room with its own shower and separate wc. Self catering.
